TycheTools also participates in the AUTO DIGITAL TWINS industrial research project.

Initiative financed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism within the support programme for AEIs to contribute to improving the competitiveness of Spanish industry, and with the support of the European Union through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

In collaboration with PLAIN CONCEPTS, CLUSTER GRANADA ASSOCIATION and DEUSER TECH GROUP.

The objective is the generation of 3D models for the creation of digital twins, "AUTO DIGITAL TWINS". Providing industrial mission-critical infrastructures with a tool to automate the data capture process, enabling them to accelerate the digitisation and modernisation of their infrastructures, improving them and making them more robust, efficient, and sustainable.

A digital twin is a virtual model designed to accurately replicate a physical object or environment. The environment under study is equipped with multiple sensors deployed in vital functional areas. These sensors produce data on different aspects of the performance of the site or object, such as temperature, humidity, pressure, and other environmental conditions. This data is transmitted to a processing system (ML and AI) and applied to the digital twin.

Once the data has been processed, the virtual model will be used to run simulations, study performance issues, and generate possible improvements. The aim is to generate valuable information that can then be applied back to the original physical object or location.
